Biography

My primary research interest is plankton ecology. I have focused my research around zooplankton mainly copepods, their taxonomy, small-scale behavior, adaptations, grazing in relation to abiotic and biotic variables of the pelagic system. Recently I have also extended my research area to study behavior of marine insects and effects of microplastics on corals and fish.
